Approval of ATIBT’s application to become a member of the CAIP (International Arbitration Chamber of Paris)
ATIBT has just received confirmation on 2 September: ATIBT is now a member of the CAIP.
For the record, the CAIP’s mission is to resolve, via arbitration and mediation, disputes that typically arise in connection with transactions at the national and international level in all sectors of trade and industry.
In addition to the tools and experience that it has in this area, the CAIP kindly organises training courses for experts who want to be listed among the other arbitrators. We will most certainly keep interested parties informed of the details of the next training session.
