As the only public engineering school in France to train executives, engineers, researchers etc. and to promote research studies and technology transfer for the wood industry, ENSTIB (National School of Wood Technologies and Industries) is the logical partner for foreign institutions willing to develop exchanges and partnerships in these fields with and within France.
Young, dynamic and creative, she leads a human adventure around an exciting project: the place of wood material in the technological future, in France and abroad. Engineers and License Pro’ students and - since 2017 - apprentices, are trained in the fields of wood construction, furniture and logistics, bio-economy, bio-refinery, robotics, factory 4.0 ... all wood industry’ jobs of today and tomorrow. Since 1985, more than 3,000 ENSTIB graduates have contributed to the development of the wood industry, in SMEs, engineering consul- ting firms and research.
