Founded in 2000 in Victoria, British Columbia, Canada, Triton became a French group in 2019.
Triton's objective is to offer a technique for responsibly extracting timber from submerged and abandoned forests in reservoirs around the world.
Since its creation, Triton has worked on 14 projects in Canada, Malaysia, Brazil, the United States, Ghana, Suriname, Panama and is currently in French Guiana. These projects range from resource inventory to the harvesting of submerged timber under the auspices of Rainforest Alliance Inc. certification.
