Maderacre has a total of 220,000 hectares of forest concessions with Forest Stewardship Council (FSC®) Certification for the production, processing and marketing of certified timber, and with Voluntary Carbon Standard (VCS) and Climate Community and Biodiversity (CCB) Certification for the Avoided Deforestation Carbon Credits (REDD) Project of which it is a part.

The company supplies the most demanding markets with wood processed in the factory located in Iñapari. They produce decking, decking tile, flooring, finger-jointed wood and other dimensioned products. The main species is Shihuahuaco (Cumaru), but they have 160 species of wood identified in their concessions.

The company generates 250 direct and quality jobs in Tahuamanu, Madre de Dios, where most of the population depends on legal and responsible forestry activities.

As part of the productive conversation model, Maderacre offers Carbon Offsets to companies or individuals who wish to offset their carbon footprint.
