Germain is an engineer of Water and Forests. He has been working on forestry and agro-industrial management issues in Central and West Africa for the past twenty years, during which time he has worked primarily with the private sector.
From 2019 to 2023, Germain coordinated the PAFC Project for the Congo Basin.
Since the beginning of 2023 Germain is the project manager of the ASP PACTE VERT (Support to the Private Forestry Sector and the Timber Industry for the Green Pact) in Cameroon within the framework of the program to improve governance in the forestry sector - PAMFOR.
