Henri-Michel ELLA YAO is a Water and Forestry Engineer and holds a Master II in GIS and remote sensing. Specialist in environmental, forestry and agricultural management, with more than 10 years of experience in ecological monitoring, geographic information systems (GIS), sustainability of agricultural sectors (cocoa, coffee, cotton, rubber) and forest management.
His most recent position was as GIS and Ecological Monitoring Officer at the OIPR, with expertise in data analysis, project monitoring, partnerships, and the development of technical documents.
He has proven experience in consulting for international projects (FAO, EU, World Bank), certification audits (UTZ, Rainforest Alliance), coordinating agricultural cooperatives, and managing forestry and agricultural operations.
He has a strong track record in fieldwork, training, and providing technical support to rural and institutional stakeholders.
