Belgian company Vandecasteele Houtimport, a member of ATIBT, received the Voka Charter for Sustainable Entrepreneurship on 24 June 2026 for the 25th consecutive year, an award granted by the Flemish business network Voka.
The charter recognises companies that commit voluntarily, beyond regulatory requirements, to a sustainability approach. Vandecasteele Houtimport has held it without interruption for 25 years.
According to the company, this continuity is the result of “conscious choices, made every day”, driven by a committed team rather than by an external requirement.
As an ATIBT member, Vandecasteele Houtimport contributes to exchanges among tropical timber sector companies engaged in sustainable forest management and certification.
