03.07.2026

The European Commission has reopened the EUDR Information System (TRACES), enabling operators to prepare and submit Due Diligence Statements (DDS) and Simplified Declarations (SD).

The European Commission's information page brings together all the resources users need, including:

  • Access to the Production (LIVE) server for official submissions and the Acceptance server for testing and training.
  • Guidance on creating and submitting Due Diligence Statements (DDS) and Simplified Declarations (SD).
  • Information on entering product origin data (interactive map, GPS coordinates, GeoJSON upload).
  • An overview of the dashboard for viewing and managing declarations.
  • Documentation on using the API for automated submission and management of declarations.
  • User guides, training videos, and information on upcoming training sessions.
  • A Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ) section and the European Commission's technical support contact details.

In addition, ATIBT will participate in the 43rd meeting of the European Commission's Deforestation Platform, which will take place on 10 July. Please send any questions or difficulties you may have regarding the EUDR to Caroline Duhesme (caroline.duhesme@atibt.org) and Alessandra Negri  (alessandra.negri@uiccb.fr ) by Thursday. Your questions may be raised with the European Commission during the meeting.
