ATIBT is launching a service contract for the operational implementation of the domestic timber sector’s attractiveness and communication strategy in the Republic of the Congo (2026–2028). This contract, funded by the European Union as part of the Private Sector Support, Domestic Timber Market project, is open to agencies and freelancers specializing in communications. Proposals are due by October 5, 2026.
Since January 2025, ATIBT has been implementing the “Support for the Private Sector, Domestic Timber Market” (ASP MIB) project, funded by the European Union Delegation to the Republic of the Congo. As part of this initiative, a strategy to promote the domestic timber sector and enhance its appeal has been developed for the period 2026–2028, covering the entire national territory and, more specifically, Pointe Noire, Dolisie, Sibiti, Brazzaville, and Ouésso.
This new service contract concerns the operational implementation of this strategy, phase by phase, through June 2028. It specifically covers the development of visual materials and videos, the creation of content for the website and LinkedIn, as well as the organization of events. The maximum budget allocated is 40,000 euros, excluding taxes.
Agencies eligible to apply must demonstrate an average annual revenue of at least 30,000 euros over the last three fiscal years, or freelancers must demonstrate average professional income of at least 12,000 euros over the same period and at least seven years of experience in fields related to the contract. Subcontracting is permitted, particularly for multimedia production.
