ATIBT will present its activities at CIB (Nantes) on Thursday, May 31st

Want to know more about sustainable management of tropical forest? ATIBT has booked a conference room to present its various activities on Thursday, May 31 at the Carrefour du Bois in Nantes, from 14h to 18h30.

As with every edition of the Carrefour du Bois, ATIBT has booked a stand, where its team will present its missions, its activities, its members and its projects. Two years ago, we had no lack of activity and visitors asking questions and showing interest at the stand! Hopefully it will be the same this time.

In 2018, we have also decided to book a conference room on the afternoon of the second day of the Timber show, Thursday, May 31, to explain our action and our various areas of work, with our members and our partners.

The content of the afternoon is defined as follows:

14:00-14:30: Presentation of the association ATIBT and its missions
15:00-15:30: Fair & Precious: a collective brand to promote certified tropical timber
16:00-16:30: Situation of legality and certification, FLEGT and EUTR
17:00-17:30: LKTS 2020 project on lesser known species and collaboration with SNCF

We are waiting for you at these presentations, which will take place every 30 minutes in the Sèvre room.

We also remind you that we will take advantage of the CIB and the gathering of many of our members to hold our General Assembly and our Board of Directors the day before the CIB, Tuesday, May 29 at the Ecole Supérieure du Bois.
