The International Tropical Timber Technical Association (ATIBT), based in Nogent-sur-Marne, is launching three calls for tenders to select service providers specializing in graphic design, IT, and webmastering. These services are intended to support its promotional, management, and communication activities related to the tropical forestry and timber industry.
Call for tenders – Graphic design services
ATIBT is looking for a service provider specializing in graphic design to design and format its communication materials. The assignment includes the layout of reports, brochures, project sheets, and presentations, the production of the annual report, and the creation of visual elements such as logos, infographics, illustrations, and event materials (posters, kakemonos, web banners). The service provider must supply professional deliverables suitable for both print and digital use, in accordance with the ATIBT/Fair&Precious graphic charter.
Call for tenders – IT support and maintenance
ATIBT has a computer park of around fifteen computers connected to Microsoft 365, Teams, Outlook, and Dropbox collaborative tools. The association is looking to hire a service provider responsible for preventive and corrective maintenance, user support, license management, and system security. The assignment also includes the development and annual updating of an IT charter defining security rules, GDPR compliance, and best practices for all staff.
Call for tenders – Multi-site webmastering
With five WordPress websites (ATIBT, Fair&Precious, My Tropical Timber, Timber Trade Portal, Bois Congo), the association is looking for a webmaster to handle their technical maintenance, security, and regular updates. The service provider will also work on specific developments, including the redesign of the ATIBT institutional website planned for 2026 and structural changes to the Timber Trade Portal. The service also includes search engine optimization (SEO), performance monitoring, and the production of monthly reports.

Interested candidates must submit their complete application (technical and financial proposal, references, portfolio, declaration of integrity) no later than October 22, 2025, at 7:00 p.m. Bids may be submitted online using the Jotform forms indicated in the tender documents, delivered to the ATIBT headquarters in Nogent-sur-Marne, or sent by post/DHL.
