As part of its activities, the Agroforestry and Planting Commission of the ATIBT is organizing an online conference on Tuesday, July 8, 2025, from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. (GMT +1).

The Agroforestry and Planting Commission of the ATIBT is organizing an online conference on the theme: "Agroforestry Systems and Carbon Estimation in Forest Plantations". The conference will be held on Tuesday, July 8, 2025, from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. (GMT +1).

Three themes will be addressed during the conference:

  1. Characterization of carbon stocks and woody biodiversity of cocoa agroforestry fields by the installation of permanent devices" by Clément CERNY;
  2. Growth dynamics and ecology of seedlings of the main commercial species in the production forests of Cameroon" by Achille BIWOLE;
  3. Carbon estimation in forest plantations installed in Cameroon's production forests" by Stéphane MOMO.
