ATIBT launches two calls for expressions of interest as part of the ADEFAC program

27.06.2025

As part of the ADEFAC regional program, which has been supporting the structuring of continuing education in the forestry and wood sector in Central Africa since 2020, ATIBT is publishing two new calls for expressions of interest.

These services are part of the final stages of the project and aim to strengthen its impact, capitalization, and sustainability.

1. Final external evaluation of the ADEFAC program

This call for proposals aims to recruit a service provider to conduct an independent and in-depth evaluation of the implementation of the ADEFAC program in its four countries of intervention (Cameroon, Congo, Gabon, DRC). The analysis will focus in particular on the relevance, effectiveness, efficiency, impact, and sustainability of the actions carried out.

  • Submission deadline: July 5th 28, 2025
  • Type of assignment: external final evaluation
  • Target audience: consulting firms or consultants specializing in the evaluation of development projects and vocational training

2. Study on the costs of continuing education modules

This study aims to develop practical tools to enable ADEFAC program partner institutions to better structure their continuing education offerings. The goal is to produce cost calculation grids and pricing models for the modules offered, adapted to the institutional and economic realities of the four countries concerned.

  • Deadline for submission: July 5th 28, 2025
  • Type of assignment: technical study
  • Target audience: experts in training engineering, financial management of training organizations, or firms with expertise in the forestry and wood sector

The two calls for expressions of interest are available on the ATIBT website:
