FAO – Call for participation: Global exhibition “From Seeds to Foods”

Take part in the FAO's first global exhibition in Rome from October 10 to 13, 2025.

As part of the 5th edition of the World Food Forum, the FAO is organizing the first global exhibition “From Seeds to Foods,” a major event celebrating its 80th anniversary. 

ATIBT is relaying this call for participation to innovative companies in the forestry and wood industry and, more broadly, in the sustainable agro-industry.

Objective of the exhibition

To highlight innovative products, services, or technologies that contribute to sustainable agri-food systems, in line with the theme:

“Better production, better nutrition, a better environment, and a better life — Leave no one behind”

Practical information

  • Date: October 10-13, 2025
  • Location: Porta Capena Park, Rome (opposite FAO headquarters)
  • Format: Outdoor exhibition, open to the public and professionals

Who can participate?

The FAO invites industry leaders to submit expressions of interest to present their innovations, whether they are:

  • products from responsible supply chains,
  • processing or traceability technologies,
  • sustainable approaches integrating biodiversity, certification, or the circular economy.

Important

The FAO will not cover logistics or transport costs. Each participant will be responsible for organizing and financing the delivery of their products or stands.
